Hilton Worldwide wanted to create yet another hotel loyalty program, but this time for majority shareholders in their family of hotels. It had to be immediately impressive to the most savvy travelers across the globe.

We created a unique program with a promise: "partnership with a personal touch." From the name to the included 24/7 concierge service, we made every aspect of the program about knowing and addressing the individual needs of each member. Before it even launched, we had a profile created for each future member and a concierge assigned to them so they could immediately experience the unique benefits of the personalized services we offered.

Bonus Hilton Work

We were asked to create an unforgettable cocktail party for Hilton Worldwide. This million dollar evening in Berlin was going to be attended by the company's top executives from around the globe, as well as potential investors. It had to be awesome. My copywriter partner and I introduced "Light the Way" which was based on Conrad Hilton's mission to “Spread the light and warmth of hospitality throughout the world.” Aside from developing the concept and art, I also documented the event in person - have a look.
